Our Sweaty Sessions exercise system will ensure that you get the most out of your training time.

Real Food Program

Following our Real Food programme will get you the best results, and you’ll eat some excellent food along the way.

Accountability System

We make sure that at the Results Room you are accountable: to the goals that you set yourself, and to your trainer.

Ever since I started this journey I’ve had a Personal Trainer. Steve Rickard has focused me on what I want to achieve, and how to achieve it a sounding board, a motivator without his help all the gains I have made would have been a lot harder to achieve if not impossible. How do I see the future well training and living?

I’ve learned that we cannot forget or throw away our past, But we must not allow our past to control us either. We must learn and grow from our past failures Disappointments, pains and experiences. Reset our goals and priorities and move forward.
